Job Description:
Novant Health Surry Medical Associates is seeking a board
certified/board eligible Pediatrician to join their
well-established practice in Mount Airy, NC. The pediatrician will
be joining a Family Medicine practice that includes 1 Pediatrician,
5 Family Medicine physicians, 6 NPs and a patient-focused
administrative support staff. The practice is open Monday through
Friday from 7:30AM to 5PM, Saturday 8AM to 12PM. The position is
full-time. The practice does not provide newborn nursery
rounding.
Mount Airy, NC is in the central Piedmont Triad area and located
just northwest of Winston-Salem. Mount Airy provides easy access to
beautiful mountains and NC/SC beaches. Mount Airy has a strong

and there is access to an international airport in Greensboro.

Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
- Completion of an accredited residency program required
- For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited
fellowship program specific to medical specialty
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Current MD license in appropriate state
- Board certification or eligibility
- Current DEA license required
