qualified CVOR RN in Charlotte, North Carolina, 28203 About The
Position Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Operating
Room Job Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room Job Duration: 13
weeks Shift: Days, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per
week Experience: 2 years of Adult Cardiac, Pediatric Cardiac,
Thoracic, and Vascular surgery License: Active compact or NC RN
license Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association), PALS
(American Heart Association) Must-Have: Graduate from an accredited
School of Nursing; BSN preferred Job Description: - Collect data
pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation. -
Analyze assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses,
problems, and issues. - Identify expected outcomes for an
individualized plan. - Develop a plan that prescribes strategies to
attain expected, measurable outcomes. - Implement the identified
plan and coordinate care delivery. - Employ strategies to promote
health and a safe environment. - Delegate elements of care to
appropriate healthcare workers in accordance with legal or policy
parameters. - Evaluate progress toward attainment of goals and
outcomes. - Practice in a manner congruent with cultural diversity
and inclusion principles. - Communicate effectively in all areas of
practice. - Collaborate with healthcare consumers and other key

involves walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, stooping,
bending, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to lift and support the
weight of 35 pounds in handling patients, medical equipment, and
supplies. Must speak and understand English. Requires intact senses
of sight, hearing, smell, and touch. Finger dexterity, critical
thinking, and the ability to concentrate and respond quickly to
changes in patient and/or unit conditions are essential.
