Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading commercial HVAC company in the Raleigh who is hiring a Lead Pipefitter/Foreman to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of pipefitters and apprentices on active job sites
Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Plan, layout, and install piping systems for HVAC and other commercial applications
Install commercial chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, rooftop and split system equipment, and other mechanical systems
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing and safety codes
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet deadlines
Order materials and coordinate deliveries as needed
Conduct quality control inspections and ensure safety protocols are followed
Train and mentor junior team members

Requirements:

7-10+ years of pipefitting experience in commercial construction
Proven experience managing commercial installations
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and commercial construction processes
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schematics
Excellent problem-solving and team management skills
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Valid driver's license
Trade school or apprenticeship program graduate preferred
